Meet Svetlana Bakla-Nova
Svetlana Bakla-Nova has been training people to overcome obstacles for more than 25 years.
She combines her personal experience training to be an Olympic athlete with her professional expertise as a Certified Practice HORA® Leader.
Her trainings include physical techniques, using gravity-based exercises, and intellectual ideas, based on principles of nature.
Svetlana was previously a fashion designer and is a globally-recognized artist, pioneering the “pixel-pointillism” technique.
More recently she was a TEDxWilmette Women speaker, a Harvard “Leadership, Organizing and Action: Leading Change“ graduate, and currently works with global youth to set and achieve “impossible” goals, using Practice HORA techniques.

About Alexander V. Atayan, aka Master HORA®, Creator of Practice HORA® Training
Alexander V. Atayan, aka Master HORA®, was a modern philosopher who studied nature from an evolutionary perspective. He identified evolutionary Principles of Nature and developed Practice HORA® teachings and techniques to allow people to consciously evolve within these Principles.
He is best known for his “Calmness in Action” teachings and techniques, which utilize Principles of Gravity, Pushing and Resistance, and Mobilization to train the ability to be calm under pressure. He is also known for identifying the Principle of Transformation, that all of the natural world, including humans, is in a constant state of Transformation.
His goal was to provide teachings and tools to empower individuals to consciously transform to their next level of development.

Alexander V. Atayan, aka Master HORA®, was the founder of the Practice HORA® training system. His practice focused on how a human being can consciously make the next evolutionary step as a species. His goal was to awaken the body’s untapped reserves to develop skills for biological survival, thereby aiding the human evolutionary process. He was born January 28, 1953 and died April 25, 2023.
Master HORA published many books throughout his lifetime, including:
Gravitaneer. Book One. Final Baptizo (2016), Zen Tales (2009), A Progressively Developing Psyche (2006) and others.

Practice HORA® is a completely new kind of training that builds an optimized-to-the-moment psyche through physics.
For instance, according to the principles of Practice HORA®, a flexible mind relies on a pliable body, so all Practice HORA®
exercises are designed to release tension in the mind, body, and intellect thus creating pliability inside the body, intellect, and psyche.
Practice HORA® trainings and exercises include a variety of exercises, based on natural principles of evolution:
- Pushing and Resistance exercises, to find personal stability and calmness, unique to each person.
- Attention-Building exercises, to train the power of conscious attention and focus.
- Releasing Tension exercises, to release tension and anxiety,while increasing calmness and stability.
- Structural Stability exercises, to help each body find its own personal optimized bodily structure that is stable and balanced, in order to overcome the degrading impact of sitting, aging, and bad
habits. - Trance-Building exercises, to train the ability to adapt to on-going
changes, make faster decisions, and to have a clear mind and the
ability to create new skills.
Practice HORA® trainings are found throughout the United States and in eight other countries. Practice HORA® Leaders were personally taught by Master HORA® and do professional training every year to maintain (and upgrade) their Leader status.
